Service Officers (SOs) are integral to both the Service and Sales teams. 

In Service: SOs share the responsibility for the educational success of the students who study at the Wall Street English Center.

In Sales: SOs are the face of the Wall Street English Center as they are the first and last contact point for new clients and students. Making a good impression is essential to the Sales Team's success.

Key Tasks:

  1. Be a reliable first point of contact for all students and guests
  2. Deliver consistently excellent customer service
  3. Manage class schedules and appointments
  4. Provide feedback and appropriate study advice in accordance with the WSE Method
  5. Carry out assigned student follow-up
  6. Greet Walk-Ins and receive incoming calls before distributing them to Educational Consultants (EC)
  7. Contribute to a fun, all English environment
  8. Handle a variety of administrative tasks

  1. Vietnamese nationality, aged between 20–27 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Hospitality or Hotel Management)
  3. Demonstrated intermediate fluency in English (TOEIC score 650+ recommended)
  4. Energetic, friendly, and loves to speak English
  5. Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  6. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with a smile
  7. Ability to work long hours on their feet while maintaining an excellent attitude
