Main Duites

  • As a Sales Trainer, you will act as an ambassador of Wall Street English in a professional manner and sell English language training and other related programs through the use of the Wall Street’s Sales methodology. Your job responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for preparation of training materials (contents, resources, excercises and translation)
  • In-charge of all sales training sessions for new Educational Consultants, ensuring their skills and knowledge are enhanced to maximize sales volume and revenue and follow-up them at the Centers.
  • Work closely with Line Manager to perform multi-tasks such as new training, following-up at Centers and new projects of Sales Training team
  • Maintains excellent communication with Sales Managers, Centers Sales Managers and Service
  • Managers of all centers to receive feedbacks and deliver consultation along with determining training needs at each center.
  • Capable of influencing the sales styles and approaches throughout the business. Areas covered will include face-to-face sales, objection handling, negotiation skills and closing.
  • Executes refreshed trainings for current Educational Consultants
  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, integrating support with routine job functions
  • Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items, controlling costs
  • Executes soft-skills training for Educational Consultants or other staffs as needed.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years of experience
  • Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector
  • Background within service/hospitality/gym sector
  • Direct Sales and telesales experience is preferred
  • Understanding of sales principles: sales funnel, forecasts, sales planning
  • Excellent communication, observation and presentation skills, able to influent people with different learning styles
  • Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook
  • Reliable, disciplined and organized, class management
  • Knowledge of MS office packages
  • Mobile and flexible to travel
  • Excellent rapport building skills
