Regional Activation and DSF Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilitie

1. Activation planning and execution

  • In collaboration with the Centre Sales teams, assess and analyze all activations and create a year plan to generating leads for centers

  • Identify external events that are relevant for WSE and plan yearly budget accordingly

  • Plan, execute and coordinate all external events

  • Advise centers on the external activity concepts that they are planning

  • Measure engagement by compiling external activity attendance reports for all centers

  • Support in-center exceptional events when necessary for all centers

  • Establish communications to build awareness across the organization about upcoming external activities

  • Secure locations for activation activities (with support from Property Manager if needed) and manage the coordination of the events

  • Recommend and share innovative approach that proves to be successful to customer acquisition

2. Direct Sales Force Management

  • Structure the DSF team by leveraging the team members potential

  • Ensure the effective resourcing by recruiting, training and allocating the team members

  • Secure effective locations for DSF deployment that will drive show performance and quality by engaging with the management of the real-estate properties or universities / schools

  • Develop the skills and aptitudes of the DSF team members to grow within the wider WSE organization

  • Communicate the company’s relevant marketing and product information to the DSF team

  • Manage the show performance and quality for the DSF channel

  • Execute the performance management system for the DSF function and manage the team’s performance

  • Manage DSF workforce across centers and external events

3. Offline marketing management

  • Identify the offline visibility requirements for WSE

  • Agree with Marketing Manager for location marketing activities and signage

  • Engage with assets owners to secure offline advertising space

  • Negotiate pricing and manage contracting with offline advertising space owners

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create the advertising designs and execution plan

4. Recruitment, training and coaching

  • Source, identify potential candidate and conduct interview and training in conjunction with HR

  • Evaluate team member profile, skills, strengths, weaknesses and derive training, coaching, and mentoring plan to improve performance and for career path planning

  • Facilitate regular workshop, role plays, sharing between team members and with other teams as appropriate

  • Ensure there are clear succession plan in each team under management

Role Requirements

  • Activation and team management experience (at least 3 years).

  • Sales management skill is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of market and locations, especially shopping malls

  • Planning skills

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to mentor, coach and train team members

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Willing to work in non-office hours, weekends and holidays when necessary to deliver sales targets

  • Passionate about Wall Street English product

  • Ideally good command of English (WSE level 9 and above)
