  JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Internal Sales Manager (ISM), you will be responsible for achieving the Center's Internal Sales Targets.

You will manage referrals and renewals and promote strong partnerships between the Sales and Service teams.

 

Key Tasks:

  1. Manage the activities of the internal sales operation in order to hit 100% of the the overall internal revenue target every month
  2. Set monthly and weekly internal sales plans for Educational Consultants (ECs)
  3. Train ECs, Personal Tutors (PTs), and Service Officers (SOs) on the importance of internal sales and how to create renewal leads
  4. Coach ECs on how to achieve their targets and provide additional coaching to those that are falling behind
  5. Be the liason between Students and all Center staff
  6. Plan at least 3 events each month to generate referrals

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. 3+ years of sales experience, and 2+ years of management experience
  2. Outstanding relationship-building skills to influence and motivate others

  3. Passion for selling, achieving high targets, and developing others

  4. Experience in working with targets and benchmarking success

  5. Fluent in English and Vietnamese

  6. Experience working in Vietnam

  7. Previous experience with Wall Street English is an added advantage
