Center Sales Manager


As Educational Consultant Team Leader, you will develop and implement the Center's sales policies, sales rules, and promotions.

You will recruit, train, and provide constant coaching to new and developing ECs and will guide the Sales Team to achieve its sales targets. 


Key Tasks:

  1. Inspire, lead, and manage the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  2. Evaluate individual and team performance by setting and monitoring KPIs and action plans
  3. Maintain consistent and reliable growth of internal revenues; sell 8% of the Center's target in contracts each month
  4. Help create each month's internal marketing strategy and assist in the planning, execution, and follow up
  5. Assist ECs in organizing center events
  6. Organize and manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly EC team meetings



  1. 3+ years of sales experience, and 2+ years of management experience
  2. Strong people management skills and excellent emotional intelligence (EQ)

  3. Experience working with targets and working under high pressure

  4. Long working hours (9:30am - 9:30pm, 6 days per week)

  5. Fluent in English (IELTS 5.5+) and Vietnamese

  6. Experience working in Vietnam and in a multi-cultural team

  7. Previous experience with Wall Street English is an added advantage
