JOB DESCRIPTION

1. STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • Help Supervisor and Continuously research and collect information on relevant social events, seasonal activities in the center’s surrounding regionals that might contain potential customers for DSF activities;
  • Identify key locations, catchment regionals where target customers could be reached and propose various strategy to reach such customers to Head of DSF;
  • Plan activities for each Team Leader and relevant team members accordingly;
  • Lead negotiations, with supports from Finance, on contracts for booth locations or access to events;
  • Recommend and share innovative approach that proves to be successful; and
  • Communicate the Company’s relevant marketing and product information to team member.

2. PERFORMANCE REVIEW

  • Supervise, tracking team performance in order to make timely adjustments to maximize team effectiveness;
  • Proactively and regularly review location performance and identify reasons for success/failure in order to make decision accordingly;
  • Forward looking with back-up solutions; and
  • Regularly provide performance estimates to management as requested.

3. RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND COACHING

  • Source, identify potential candidate and conduct interview and training in conjunction with HR;
  • Evaluate team member profile, skills, strengths, weaknesses and derive training,  coaching, and mentoring plan to improve performance and for career path planning;
  • Facilitate regular workshop, role plays, sharing between team members and with other teams as appropriate; and
  • Ensure there are clear succession plan in each team under management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiar with the regionals around the relevant center;
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, disciplined, results-oriented with strong level of integrity;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a direct sales team of at least 10 people over more than 1 year with strong track record of meeting target and creativity;
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach and train team members;
  • Sociable, great interpersonal skills and enjoy meeting new people;
  • Willing to work in non-office hours, weekends and holidays when necessary to deliver sales targets;
  • Passionate about Wall Street English product; and
  • Good command of English (WSE level 6 and above).
