Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing management

  • Execute the digital marketing strategy
  • Monitor and manage digital marketing performance and budget across all social media platforms
  • Ensure tracking of granular performance data for optimization of channels

Funnel conversion analysis & optimization

  • Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing for acquisition channels such as Paid Search, Social Media, Organic Search, affiliate and email, as well as marketing to prospects in database.
  • Improve the funnel conversion rate for acquisition through optimization of the paid advertising and collaborative work with telemarketing and sales department.

Marketing CRM Management

  • Support the implementation of digital marketing tools and configuration
  • Ensure the correct tagging of ads to sources (marketing channels) in the CRM for accurate leads attribution upon leads capture from automated channels
  • Ensure data accuracy by respecting the system structure integrity
  • Identify root cause and correct any data discrepancies in marketing dashboards


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years working in digital marketing field with proven working experience in media agency
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract, engage and delight customers
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Business Facebook Account, Google Adwords)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, GDN,…
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, constraints, business intelligence, database mining, and statistical analysis tools is a plus
  • English: Fluently
