Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Paid search and online media buying management

  • Execute paid media strategy
  • Manage spend and analyze paid search leads acquisition performance while minimizing cost of acquisition
  • Identify potential display opportunities and increase reach by managing online media buying
  • Collaborate with copy writers and designers for creation of new ads assets and landing pages to test in Google
  • Identify areas for improvements and creates a testing plan to improve performance
  • Regularly optimize display and search campaigns

SEO optimization

  • Define SEO strategies to drive free traffic to the website in order to acquire leads without advertising spend
  • Collaborate with copy writer and designer to improve the relevance of the website keywords

Website

  • Monitors performance of website traffic
  • Responsible for website landing pages implementation and email performance
  • Maintain site CMS updates and links
  • Manage site dashboards

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years working in digital marketing field with proven working experience in media agency
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract, engage and delight customers
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Business Facebook Account, Google Adwords)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, GDN, …
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, constraints, business intelligence, database mining, and statistical analysis tools is a plus
  • English: fluently
