As Deputy Center Director, you will assist the Center Director (CD) to ensure the Center's business, operational, and service success.

You will bring insight and motivation to the Center as you train and coach Educational Consultants (EC). Ultimately, you will help the CD to lead Sales and Service teams towards meeting and exceeding internal revenue targets. 


Key Tasks:

  1. Support the CD in achieving Center KPIs, ensuring smooth operations, and providing general management to the Center staff
  2. Lead and implement EC training and provide additional support to ECs who are behind on target so that no EC falls behind
  3. Lead by example by maintaining a stellar personal sales performance (minimum of 8 contracts per month) and an exemplary conversion ratio
  4. Observe and review each Senior EC's group's performance to ensure that Wall Street English Sales methodologies and best practices are followed
  5. Work closely with the Service Manager to create strong partnerships with the Sales and Service Teams
  6. Facilitate sales meetings in the absence of the CD

  1. 3-5 years experience in sales; 2+ years experience in management, ideally with premium B2C product

  2. Experience managing a business and a P&L

  3. Experience working in a franchise model 

  4. Strong people management skills 

  5. Experience in working with targets and benchmarking success

  6. Fluent in English and Vietnamese

  7. Experience working in Vietnam

  8. An inclusive, can-do attitude

  9. Previous experience with Wall Street English is an added advantage
